Things I Hope you Know and Never Forget
You aren't "weak" or "fragile" when you share the things you're struggling with. In fact, it's really damn brave when you let other people see your humanness.
Your worth will never be found in the number on a scale or the size sewn into your clothes or the amount of compliment you receive on your appearance. If you use those things to measure your value, you will never ever be enough.
Your body is simply the vessel that you inhabit in order to do the things that matter to you. It doesn't make you more or less valuable, more or less worthy, or more or less lovable.
