If you’ve landed on this page, something inside you is likely asking for care, attention, or maybe just a moment to breathe. Whether you're carrying the weight of trauma, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or longing for a deeper sense of safety in your own body—I'm honored you’ve found your way here.
I’m a trauma therapist with a relational and somatic focus, which means I believe healing happens not just through words, but through connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the wisdom of the body. Our work together will honor your story and your nervous system, creating a space where you can move gently toward integration, regulation, and healing.
In our sessions, we’ll pay attention not only to what you’re thinking, but to what your body is telling you. Through somatic practices, we’ll explore how trauma may be showing up in your body and relationships, and how we can create more spaciousness, resilience, and choice.
Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past—it means becoming more fully alive in the present. And you don’t have to do it alone.
Feel free to look around, and when you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk with you.
