Calm to Chaos: An Executive Functioning & Emotional Regulation Group for Women with ADHD
This 6-week group is designed for women with ADHD who want practical tools for emotional regulation and executive functioning in a supportive, validating space.
For years, many women with ADHD were labeled as “too sensitive,” “lazy,” “disorganized,” or “dramatic”, all while silently struggling with overwhelm, emotional intensity, burnout, and shame.
Together we’ll explore:
- Emotional overwhelm & rejection sensitivity
- Task paralysis & procrastination
- Burnout & masking
- Boundaries & self-trust
- ADHD-friendly systems that actually work
This is not about becoming more productive at the expense of yourself.
It’s about learning how to support your brain with compassion instead of criticism.

Group Begins: Wednesdays, June 3rd and meets 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, and 7/8
📍 Location: Group meets virtually | Choose from 2 time options: 12-1P PM EST & 7-8 PM EST
💵 Cost: $750 for 6 weeks of group
