Each coloring book features 10 illustrations and affirmations.
The affirmations include the following reminders:
1. I will parent from my values
2. I am the best parent for my child
3. Even in the most challenging moments, I will pursue what is best for my family
4. I will take time to regulate myself and care for my own needs
