I have been using affirmations for both myself and my clients for years and have found that an important factor in them making an impact is how directly they speak to your situation. When I create the sets of affirmations, there are bound to be ones that resonate with you more than others. With this kit, each affirmation resonates with YOU (because it’s written by you) and you can always add or change the cards in your set!
