Setting boundaries can make you feel a little like Goldilocks…
These boundaries are too rigid.
These boundaries are too porous.
These boundaries are JUST right.
The type of boundaries we have may change based on who we are in contact with and the level of relationship and safety we experience with them.
The first type of boundaries are rigid boundaries.
The second type of boundaries are porous boundaries.
And last, but not least flexible/healthy boundaries (which are the ideal type of boundaries!)
